  The three times I've tried to do some research and make a flooring purchase here, I have had a whole bunch of help trying to upsell myself. They didn't seam interested in what I needed, and when I sent them a spec sheet for what I needed on one job, they didn't even bother responding to me about the order I requested. Pff, cool story bro. You lost my business to Abbey's Flooring downtown. Super nice folks over there got me exactly what I needed.
