  I stopped by here for a spare tube after hearing good things about the shop from coworkers. I ended up chatting with Todd for about 10 min and he educated me regarding a few components questions I had (knowing I wasn't looking to upgrade currently). Todd's goal was to ensure I was making the best decisions and he gave me his professional advice even if that didn't lead to an immediate sale. I definitely got the vibe that this is a community bike shop which is looking to build lasting relationships with customers.
