  They provide a solid product. The customer service is severely lacking. I wrote Julie about her quality work and courteous employees. I also wrote about the fact that I had to relandscape my front yard after my backyard install...This was her response:

  Well, I certainly don't like to get these emails - and I'm sorry you feel like you can't be a repeat client.  
  
  It's very difficult to bring in that amount of heavy material and not avoid anything being upset.  We take great care of transporting the units of lumber , posts and concrete into a backyard -  I'm wondering if you watched what goes in to doing a fence of that magnitude?   I know my ops manager was at your property today checking on things and showed me additional pictures of your yard and I was VERY pleased with the outcome. It's upsetting to have a client say we "purposely" hurt their property, which I find insulting.  
  
  As an owner, I try my very best to make sure clients are well aware of the repercussions  to a fence being built , both in the contract and in the info letter that is sent out to you before the job starts.  Landscaping and sprinklers are a challenge on many jobs , so I want to lay out the  expectations to  clients to be transparent about what "could happen"....   I really don't know how else to control it.  At the end of the day, it's a construction site, I've given you proper information, you have read, signed and initialed everything.  
  
  I am sorry, but mostly sorry that after all the hard work that was put into your job, the contract management, the sales team, the operations team, the clean job site that was left by your crew , The quality fence that was put up.....  that all that gets torn down because of an un realistic expectation.  An expectation that was brought to your attention in our extremely detailed contract and info letter.  
  
  I've seen your social media post.  It's unfortunate that you felt compelled to do such a thing to hurt my company.
