  In store, they say pans are lifetime warranty and you can bring them back any time if you don't like them. My mom got me those non stick non teflon pans which of course were amazing on day 1 and then basically useless on day 7. We tried to live with them but i don't like soaking and scrubbing pans all day long. brought them back after having thrown out the box, mom doesn't have receipt. They won't help me. They talk to you as if you are hard of hearing too. Also the folding stool i bought there that same day broke within a day. Don't have receipt for that either. Don't give your business to this store. The outlet mall is not really a true outlet mall anyways.
