  I went (walk-in) to Stat Med, yesterday, because it was the only urgent care open earlier than 10. I got there about 8:15. There was no waiting. The staff welcomed me genuinely and made me feel very comfortable. There were Ricola and face masks at the counter. Ricola! Yes! Very thoughtful! I was suffering from bronchitis, didn't know it. The doctor really listened to me. I am very sensitive to medications, so he subscribed accordingly. I finally slept a few hours last night. My coughing has decreased substantially, this morning. I give this great location, great staff, and great doctor a 10! Thank you to all!
  One possible consideration- give your patients a courtesy call the next day to see how they are doing, but maybe you already have this protocol in place.

  Very, very happy with the service I received this morning. The reception staff (Mark and Liberty) were exceedingly accommodating, and talking with the doctor himself was great as he is definitely a people person. I have no reservations about going back should I need anything else, and I have no problem in referring anyone to this facility.
